Our Service
Caxton has always provided its customers with the highest level of service and consequently we hope that you will find shopping online a pleasure. Our web site is easy to use and completely secure, so you can feel confident in placing your order for our swift attention.

Ordering
Immediately on placing an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will let you know when it will be available and then you can decide exactly what you would like to do. We are here to help you, and you can always cancel an order at this time.

Gift Wrapping
Our service is entirely free of charge.

UK Delivery
This is entirely free of charge. Your goods will normally be with you in 3-4 working days from the day of your order.

Shipping Overseas
The total weight and subsequent delivery charge will be displayed on checkout. Payment will be taken from your credit card at the current exchange rate. Refunds will be the amount originally paid for the goods including postage.

Payment
We accept the following credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch, Solo, Connect, Maestro, JCB.

We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information is transferred from our web site into our secure database. Our secure server software fully encrypts all your personal information including your credit/debit card number and your name and address.

Tax Charges
All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5%.

No Quibble Guarantee and Returns
If you decide you don't want your goods for any reason, please contact us to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day you received them. We will gladly then refund your money within 30 days. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. The postage cost is your responsibility and we strongly recommend that you send the goods by registered post.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
We take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, should you receive any products in less than perfect condition, contact us to let us know and we will arrange for a refund or exchange within 30 days. In this event we will also refund the cost of postage.

How to Return/Exchange
Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. Include your name, address, telephone number and whether you would like a replacement or refund. Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and that if you decide to swap an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing.

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements and colours are correct. Prices and details are valid at the time of ordering and all items are subject to availability at ordering time.
